Despite a reported production run of close to 1.5 million copies of this popular Mario golfing title, WATA has so far only a handful of sealed copies as of thier most recent population report. This copy ranks towards the bottom in condition among sealed copies graded by WATA but also is priced accordingly and faces up very well for a 6.0. A perfect entry level sealed copy, or a nice placeholder copy for a seasoned collector patiently waiting for a higher graded copy to surface.
